A warm welcome awaits you at the Open Door Club, which meets on alternate Tuesday afternoons in the Church Hall from 2.30 to 4.00pm. Although the majority of members are Senior Citizens, the club is open to all ages, and is run by helpers from the local churches.

The meetings are varied sometimes a speaker showing slides or a video, sometimes a quiz or games afternoon or poetry reading, and sometimes a craft session. We also enjoy an annual summer outing and Christmas party.

The cost is 80p/person/afternoon which gives each member a chance to win a raffle prize, and also to share a cup of tea and home made cakes.

The Open Door is a friendly club where you can meet old friends and make new ones.

WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP

All ladies are welcome to the Women’s Fellowship, which meets on alternate Thursday afternoons in the Church Hall from 2.30 to 4.00pm.

As well as members sharing their skills in activities such as flower arranging and joining in activities to benefit both the local community and charities there have been many interesting visiting speakers. Summer outings and Christmas parties have been very popular events.
